Guidelines for on-site oral presentations

Please prepare your presentation using PowerPoint or PDF format.
Each presentation is allotted 15 minutes: 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
All presentations will be made using a projector and a computer provided on-site.
Bring your presentation on a USB drive and submit it to the technical team at the beginning of the day in which you are scheduled to present.

It is recommended to have a backup of your presentation (e.g., saved online or on an additional USB) in case of technical issues.
