Attrition Policy for rooms that are not reserved by Attendees will apply as per following criteria:

Hotel will keep the agreed contingent reserved until 6 weeks prior to arrival
6 weeks prior to arrival, the Hotel will decrease the number of non-reserved room contingent by 20%
4 weeks prior to arrival, the Hotel will decrease the number of non-reserved room contingent by 50%
14 days prior to arrival, the Hotel will release all non-reserved rooms for further sale
All reservation requests 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to Hotel availability

Cancellation of an individual reservation:

up to 7 days before arrival - free of charge
from 7 - 0 days before arrival / no show - 100% of the reservation amount
